A Letter of Protection is an agreement between you, your attorney, and our office. It allows us to evaluate and treat your injuries without requiring payment up front. When your case is resolved, payment for medically necessary care is coordinated through your attorney from the settlement or judgment. This helps you focus on recovering instead of worrying about medical bills at the start.

How it works

5. We stay in communication with your attorney and provide records and bills as needed.
6. Payment is handled through the case when it is resolved.
