I been going to ABC Medical since 2008 and never thought that the stuff can be so rude and disrespectful to the patient... At first it was never like with the old staff but with the new staff they are rude. I had a issue that I needed my medication and I could not get off from work... Request to speak with the doctor to see if he could refill my meds without seeing and they refuse to do so ..I been without my medication for two months knowing I didn't have any sick time or PTO ....I call recently to talk to the doctor and they still refused to let me talk to doctor.So when I finally came in to talk to the doctor to get my medicine ..I give two of my insurance cards to verify but the front desk nurse said that my she could not find my coverage instead of calling the insurance..I had to do her job and call to verify my insurance...Then finally getting to back I did everything to get my medication, but the nurse did not give me my chart..I took my chart out of my hand but never gave it back to me, so I left..When went to the pharmacy to put up my medication..The stated that it deleted from the doctor all because I did not pay for my Visit if 25.00..So Im in pain and can't get my medication...So when I call to speak with the doctor they tell me that I couldn't not speak with him..Everytime I call to talk we the doctor it and issue why I could not talk to him ..They delay my medication because I did pay a 25.00 co pay ..When I depends on my medication to keep from having another stroke and now I having and I don't have my medication..

First visit. The facility seemed clean and nice. The front desk staff weren’t rude which is a huge huge plus, but they weren’t necessarily friendly either. But as long as they aren’t rude I’m a happy patient. The tech who drew my blood was very friendly and did a great job. The NP who I saw was kind and had good bedside manner. My main issue was the wait time. It was over an hour before I was seen. If wait times are consistently long then I will probably find a new provider. Overall good experience.
